Cron output for rss2email creates noise in antispam workflow

• vmail's box is full of messages from r2e run (see: zen@lizard $ ssh -t mta sudo -u vmail mutt)
• Those messages are sent by a cron configured in tails::website every 10min
• They're sent to: tails-weblate user in www.lizard and end up in vmail's box and nowhere else

• Add a MAILTO config to cron
• Wrap r2e run in chronic
