stop DMARC reports
coming back from vacation, i have a lot of DMARC reports in my mailbox, typically between 2-4 per day.
i never read does. does anyone?
(it does not help that lots of those end up in my spam folder for some reason, i think i've trained my spam filter to recognize those email as spam somehow)
ultimately, those reports should be automatically processed to gather some stats, but that's a different issue (email deliverability monitoring (team#40494)). for TPA, we just turned off the reports altogether.
