SSH tests are missing the corresponding infrastructure

In https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/issues/6300#note_110947 it was said that “We would set up that in our infrastructure and share the secrets among ourselves”. Now, tails/tails#6308 was closed, but we still lack such infrastructure.
