Weblate commits don't seem to be batched like they used to be

IIRC when we started using Weblate we were flooded by tons of tiny commits, which for various reasons is impractical, so IIRC we enabled a Weblate setting that made it batch changes in bigger commits. Looking at https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/merge_requests/1546/commits this does not seem to be effective anymore, see e.g. the timing of xin's commits around 11am CEST on May 28.

@zen did we lose a setting somewhere along the way?

I don't think it's worth spending hours on this, but if it's a matter of flipping a setting back to our desired value, please do so 😄
