Request: git repo move pluggable-transports/{obfs-flash => fog}.git

Hi, please move /pluggable-transports/obfs-flash.git to /pluggable-transports/fog.git. This will be used for the GSoC project by RushingWookie on a generic pluggable transports combiner.

If the move is not possible, please delete the former and create the latter, and I'll git-push the objects myself.

Please give it the same permissions as obfs-flash - I believe this is currently RW = {asn, dcf, infinity0}.

The description of the new repo should be "Pluggable transport combiner".
