I'd like to request an ldap account for Tom Ritter, a great volunteer who's
been working with me and Karsten. He's rewritten the java consensus health
site [1] in python [2][3], contributed DocTor patches, and been looking into
network bootstrapping [4].
Next steps are to make a depictor git repo and VM so he can finish deprecating
the java consensus-health site and properly maintain it. Unless I'm missing
something this in turn requires an ldap account.
