Turn donations@tp.o back into an alias

Right now we have a donations@tp.o alias, which points to the donations@lists.tp.o list, and then donations@lists.tp.o list has me and Andrew on it, though Andrew is marked by mailman as 'nomail', presumably because all his mail was bouncing.

In comparison, the tshirt@tp.o alias is simply an alias.

I think we'll be happier human beings if we stop pretending that donations is a list, and make it into an alias.

While I'm at it, if we could make the donations alias point to me and kate, that would be grand.
