Replace lemmonii with a VM

lemmonii is a laptop. People use it to run screen sessions for IRC. What else do people use it for? I have no clue, but we should find out about other use-cases.

lemmonii is also the only service hosted in the Cambridge office. This is problematic.

We should deprecate and replace it.

Here's the plan Weasel and I made, as best I can recall. (Weasel, please correct me if I am wrong.)

  1. We should make a new VM for use as a lemmonii-replacement. (We decided that this is a better idea than recommending use of perldulce for IRC or any other iffy stuff.)

  2. We should recommend that people switch to the new VM, and announce that lemmonii will stop running at a certain date.

  3. We should turn off lemmonii at the announced date.

Elaborations welcome!
