Hi Jens, just reached out to a group of packagers to see if they'd be interested in a list for packagers to be notified of new releases and subprojects that would like to be packaged. Unlike my prior request (legacy/trac#24202 (moved)) this would be a list for all tor projects that need packaging rather than just mine. :)
