Give explanation of our use of Trac metadata on the create ticket form
This might be hard to implement in a way that is maintainable, I will not be offended if it is closed as too difficult.
We use keywords, points, actual points and sponsor in ways that may not be immediately obvious to those filing tickets. In order to help those filing tickets make the most useful tickets and not create work where we have to unpick the incorrect fields, can we add some text to the create ticket page?
Something along the lines of those fields should only be touched by members of that team unless you know what you're doing.
