cleanup services inventories in the wiki

we have three places where we inventory services right now:

[[org/operations/services]]
[[org/operations/Infrastructure]] - done, merged with above
[[org/operations/ProductsandAssignments]]
[[org/operations]] (fixed, old list just removed, but has links to the above)
[[org/operations/Infrastructure/Hosts]]

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
