Also one of the IRC entries... ExitPolicy accept *:6666-6667 # IRC
should be the 6660-6669 range according to the wiki on port assignments [2]. Ports 6668 and 6669 in particular are within the officially assigned range so if we can't include them we should cite why on the reduced policy wiki.
