rename "services" project to "team"

as part of gitlab#28 (closed), we discussed the idea of having a "team" project for each team which would include the team's wiki and main issue tracker.

it seems to be what this project is.

so let's rename it to "team". gitlab will take care of doing the necessary redirections later on.
