survey users about services

run a survey, most likely on survey.tpo, about services. ask questions like:

1. which service do you use the most in the last year (multiple, ideally ranked, choices, based on the service list, with fill in option)
2. which service do you like the most
3. which service do you dislike the most
4. which service should be retired?
5. which new service should be added?
6. which service should be improved the most?
7. how would you describe your work in the tor project? (multiple choices: employee, volunteer, developer, operations, documentation, graphic design, sysadmin, other)
8. are you generally happy with TPA's work (1 to 10, worsened to improved)
9. did that change in the last year (1 to 10, worsened to improved)
10. any other comments

... i think it could help us drive our roadmap for next year.
