Add new DNS entries for OnionPerf instances

Could we add the following A records:

op-hk6.onionperf.torproject.net   18.163.114.223
op-nl6.onionperf.torproject.net   37.218.242.157
op-us6.onionperf.torproject.net   37.218.241.25
op-de6a.onionperf.torproject.net   3.123.154.226
op-hk6a.onionperf.torproject.net   18.162.44.244

We don't need to remove the records for op-{hk,us,nl}5 just yet, the instances will be running side by side for a few weeks or so. Thanks for your help!
