establish a sysadmin onboarding plan
while we generally have problems with our onboarding/offboarding (#32519 (closed)) and user management (#40129) procedures, we will have an urgent need to onboard a new sysadmin soon.
establish a plan to give a crash course on the various essential systems the new hire will have to deal with, and which accesses will need to be granted.
howto/new-person is a page I created shortly after I joined, and it covers a lot of that work, but it might be worth doing explicit training on specific services. maybe look at the last month's ticket load and go through that?
