ci-runner-x86-03-shadow triggers out of memory errors

The top of the page says "There has been a timeout failure or the job got stuck. Check your timeout limits or try again"

The Duration on the right says "Duration: 596 minutes 5 seconds"

I have a configured timeout of 24h for the job. Is there a maximum timeout that's overriding this?
