loghost01 out of disk space

loghost01 ran out of disk space. the biggest culprits are /var/log/syslog-all.1 (12.5GiB), and /var/log/hosts/hetzner-nbg1-02/ (18.8GiB). anarcat gave me the go-ahead to delete the hetzner-nbg1-02 logs and that'll free up a lot of space on the full disk
