gnt-dal cluster physical setup and burn in

as per TPA-RFC-43, once we have contact at the new colo (#40967 (closed)), once the servers are ordered and shipped (#40966 (closed)), we need to connect them together correctly and do a basic burn in again (boot stressant, see if everything works).

• OOB access confirmation
• BIOS password reset
• BIOS setup
• live system boot
• dal-node-01 burn in
• dal-node-02 burn in
• dal-node-03 burn in
• disk configuration problem (SSD disks not detected?)

this does not include the base Debian install (#40970 (closed))
