chi-node-14-verylarge not being used for sim jobs

Some time over the weekend, chi-node-14-verylarge stopped taking jobs for this pipeline: https://gitlab.torproject.org/jnewsome/sponsor-61-sims/-/pipelines/62636. I just canceled the job and retried it, and it is still stuck in paused state.

Is there some problem with the runner?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
