debian tor pipeline fails to build on our ci

Tor has failed to build due to ci issues for a while now:

Builds for a few suites fail, for instance:

issues like:

installed sudo package post-installation script subprocess was killed by signal (Segmentation fault), core dumped

or

Sub-process apt-key exited unexpectedly

or things not even coming to the apt-get run.

No idea what's going on here. Any hints?
