The tb-build-06.torproject.org instance has no secondary (and a plain disk template, as opposed to drbd), so I assume this instance will need to be reboot some times together with the node during the upgrade. I'll try to give a 10min warning each time.

There are 2 instances in this node that don't have a secondary node:

• ci-runner-x86-02.torproject.org
• minio-01.torproject.org

When upgrading, as with dal-node-02, I'll give a 10min delay with an informative message before bringing them down each time.
