Unmanaged cron resources on bookworm

On bookworm machines, cron resources are ignored. This is likely a symptom of the client/server version discrepancy, but the specifics are difficult to figure out because a Puppet run with --debug on one of the affected machines doesn't yield any useful information or warnings.
