obsolete package on weather-01: python3-flask-assets

Since we upgraded weather-01 to Debian bookworm, the python3-flask-assets package is marked as "obsolete". It was indeed removed before the stable release, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1000555

@sarthikg @gk : is that package still required by weather-01? if so, could you vendor the dependency and manage it yourself so we can purge the unmaintained package?
