gitlab notes delivered by email are lost
This morning @boklm reported:

I also just realized that I sent a response in a ticket (#41405 (comment 2968173)) on Sunday but it never landed in the ticket (the aforementioned response was copy-pasted today).
So it looks like the email bridge is losing traffic, oops.
