Onboarding new Developer - Applications Team (Bea/Brizental on IRC)

Basic Applications team Access

  1. New LDAP account, instruct user on email procedures
  2. mailing lists (tor-internal@ and others, see list above)
  3. GitLab account, if not already done, can be done by the user
  4. about/people web page (new person should issue a MR against the source code and then get approved)
  5. Nextcloud account with groups TPI and Applications team.
  6. applications-team aliases
  7. make sure HR/ops have a ticket to followup with other accesses (time tracker, payroll, etc) https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/operations/employees/onboarding/-/issues/5
  8. BBB access
  9. Add her to: tb-builder group, tb-tester, tbb-nightlies (it would be nice if her access was similiar to @pierov). I will need to double check this with @richard

Many of those are granted as part of the routine "core tor membership" admission process.
