State Dept not getting our emails

Hi! So, as you may recall, the State Department wasn't getting our emails for a long time, then they fixed it some months ago. Well, last week the State Dept wasn't getting torproject.org emails again. They are pretty sure that their IT department blocked our tor.org emails. But they asked me to check with our sys admins to make sure Tor didn't change any settings. So that is what my issue is about, I am just checking that Tor hasn't changed anything. Please let me know.
