Need to create an alert inhibition for DiskWillFillIn4Hours if DiskFull is already firing

We have a first case of a server that reached a disk full situation and from what we can see on karma, both DiskWillFillIn4Hours and DiskFull are firing.

This should not be happening and the "willfill" alert should get inhibited if the disk is actually full.
