hide duplicate alert groups in Karma

In karma, when there's a critical alert, we get two groups for the same alert. And now that we have a logger that duplicates all alerts to a logfile, we always get a duplicate. It looks like this:

The difference between the two groups is the @receiver=irc-tor-admin label. This duplicates the groups. Try to figure out if we can merge those together.
