deploy bacula on backup-storage-01 or experiment with borg
in #41364 (closed), we built a shiny new backup server, but it's basically unused right now. we have a plan to use it for a new postgresql backup system (#40950), but we should also be using it for normal backups.
so, decide whether we want to experiment with borg for our backups and if so, start deploying some test servers there. if not, set it up as another storage server.
in any case, it should ideally backing up files from the gnt-fsn cluster, so we have cross-cluster backups. tails has this interesting approach to backups where they suck the backup out of the guest VMs through a guestmount, see this script:
