Retire the Tails Bitcoin wallet

• Save a local copy of the Tails wallet (@intrigeri)
  • Note: there are multiple addresses on the Tails wallet
  • This can help: bitcoin-cli backupwallet $WALLET
• Decide whether TPA should hold a long-term backup of the Tails wallet (@zen)
• Confirm who is the $person that should have access to the Tails wallet (@intrigeri)
• Give $person access to the Tails wallet (@intrigeri)
• Ensure that $person can import the wallet into the tool they're using and have backups (@intrigeri)
• Delete the local copy of the Tails wallet (@intrigeri) → This will be tracked elsewhere
• Wait until the bitcoin.lizard VM is not needed by the Tails almost-retired accountants (@zen)
• Delete the bitcoin.lizard VM (@zen)
  • remove the VM from Puppet code
  • remove the VM from Puppet Server and PuppetDB
  • stop the VM
  • delete the VM and its LVM volume(s)
