No contact information for "us" in mailman interface

I just requested a password reset in the mailman interface (and received an email that there is no account although i should still have something very very old that probably got purged during the upgrade to mailman3?) and the printed text reads:

We have sent you an e-mail. If you have not received it please check your spam folder. Otherwise contact us if you do not receive it in a few minutes.

I have not found any contact information anywhere in the interface who "us" is or how "us" can be reached.
