ooni-talk is relaying spam
We have received a report ([AbuseID:F2F7CC:21], message-id 67a3d5c843e87_11f32abc67c5997094450@abuse.hetzner.company.mail) from Hetzner that spamcop says they received spam from the ooni-talk mailing list. We haven't responded in time and now they're going to do a manual investigation. I've just responded through their web form, after their second email.
The actual email that was the target of the complaint is this:
but there's actually a ton of spam on this mailing list.
I've enforced emergency moderation and will followup on monday.
