Check if onion.tpo is up to date

I wanted to visit Gitlab via the Onion Service URL.. This did not work. So I had a look at other Onion Services listed at the list of onion services. Some of those listed there are not reachable (I just did a one-time test plus reload.). Could you check if those are still existing and maybe clean up the site or reactive the onion service?

Following services were not reachable:

• karma1.tpo
• prometheus1.tpo
• submission
• alertmanager1.tpo
• gitlab.tpo, see #42057 (closed)
• grafana1.tpo
