Onion Service for deb.torproject.org seems down

Linus reported on IRC that he was having issues reaching http://apow7mjfryruh65chtdydfmqfpj5btws7nbocgtaovhvezgccyjazpqd.onion/torproject.org via apt. I can confirm that this page doesn't seem reachable in Tor Browser.

It looks like either the network is having some issue OR the Tor process running that site is having some issues.
