host retirement procedures still fail to deal with puppet metrics retirement correctly

the dangerzone retirement (dangerzone-webdav-processor#25 (closed)) failed to proceed correctly with the puppet retirement, we're getting and alert about stale catalogs

i kind of messed up the fabric job when retiring (i forgot to tap the yubikey), but i reran it, and it should have worked, see dangerzone-webdav-processor#25 (comment 3169311) for the console log on that.
