Tor metrics .onion site down

The .onion for metrics.torproject.org has been down for a few days. It’s not like other times when this has happened, where the site doesn’t resolve over tor at all. It resolves, suggesting a tor connection is being made to the machine, but then the browser returns a connection error, suggesting the connection is being rejected by the web server process. Which is unusual, since the site is accessible through clearnet:
