provision a donated server

an anonymous donor wants to contribute this hardware:

  Storage: 2 x 960GB Samsung PM9A3 NVMe PCIe 4
  2 x Crucial 4TB PCIe 5 M.2
  Manuf / Chassis: Supermicro 1U CloudDC SuperServer SYS-121C-TN10R

need to find funding to rack it, and its purpose. ideas:

• CI runner
• metrics DB server (although disk space is a little sparse for that)
