PuppetAgentErrors are duplicated

We've just had a real case of PuppetAgentErrors triggering. However the alerts were all doubled.

The reason for this is that the alert query is looking at two metrics and both of them show up for the same host:

we'll need to either adjust the query or split that into two different alerts. the second choice doesn't really appeal to me though since we would just be officializing that the information "is doubled and that's normal"

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
