Disk is full on metricsdb-01

The monitoring system told us just some minutes ago that the disk on metricsdb-01 is full.

More specifically, it's the volume under /srv that's full.

Most of the space usage is from postgres, and otherwise other app data.

I can maybe see one possible place to reclaim a tiny bit of disk space: /srv/parser.torproject.org/parser-thin/descriptors/archives. But I don't want to remove anything from there myself.

We might need to allocate more space to that volume to unblock the service.
