v12
Gabriel Filion
Add example command for filtering out short host names from known_hosts The short host names are not useful on one's computer, except if one has set their `/etc/resolv.conf` file to use `torproject.org` as the search domain. Those entries also make completion stop at the short host name boundary which adds a useless step when writing commands. The sed command removes only the shorthand notations without removing or modifying IP addresses.

expand on User directives We've just had a situation where a TPA member pushed to pauli as root which could have messed up the repository's permission. This was discovered by the post-receive hook which said it was pushed as root, which is good. Such a configuration should prevent those issues on most services. In particular, I add the jump host there to avoid logging in as root as it's not necessary. The same with the LDAP server, running ldapvi can (and should) be done as a regular user.
