Yawning and some others and I discussed at the Valencia dev meeting the need for a list for bridge operators. This list is expected to be extremely low traffic, consisting primarily of announcements such as _"These are the transports you should consider running…"_, _"obfs2 is now deprecated"_, _"Bridge operators should consider upgrading their Tor to 0.2.5.x, because legacy/trac#13202"_, etc. Please create `tor-bridges@lists.torproject.org`! Is there anything extra that I should do? Does it need to be moderated? Can we set it up so that only users registered on the list can post?
