decomission listera
listera is probably our oldest server. our install dates at least from 2012, but the hardware itself is rumored to be as old as 2007, a whopping 13 years ago. it has all sorts of problems from nagios complaining about fans to weird hardware requirements (see the `proliant` class in puppet for an example). decomissioning that server would simplify our work and remove a possibly unreliable point of failure from the infrastructure. according to LDAP, it is part of the www.tpo, archive.tpo and media.tpo rotations, and is possibly a nameserver. it might be worth rebuilding a server like this in a completely unrelated location, since it's one of those precious machines that does not live inside an existing cluster.
