we have a www-team mailing list: https://lists.torproject.org/mailman3/postorius/lists/www-team.lists.torproject.org/ but it's dead. there hasn't been many updates, and there's 157 subscribers. so let's shutdown this list (keep archives public), and make a private list to coordinate the web folks.
