Please create /pluggable-transports/obfs-flash.git. dcf, infinity0, asn should have write access. Description is "Combined obfs3-over-flashproxy transport". We have been developing this in personal repos (mentioned in legacy/trac#7167) and now feel the overall architecture is settled and is ready to show to other developers and testers. Eventually we'll have a general PT composition framework that is being discussed in legacy/trac#9744 but that is still in the "ideas" stage and we'd like to publish this concrete software somewhere first. So I'll defer legacy/trac#9743 for now and just call this obfs-flash, and think up a name for the more general one later.
