Redesign the "Tor for xyz" outreach materials

The existing outreach materials we have need to be updated as part of the work for Sponsor 9. There are currently four "Tor for xyz" pieces that we will be redesigning to fit a single template that works for both online and print, and is consistent with Tor's evolving visual brand.

• Tor for Privacy
