Update price banner for DEF CON

Every year we need to clearly display the prices for gifts at DEF CON for our donors – this ticket will serve to track the type of signage and design for this material.

We will use the same design from last year and update the items/prices, but depending on the type of signage may need to reformat some.

Ideally we will find something that is sturdier material and large enough for people to see from further away, but may need to compromise somewhere depending on our available options within our budget.

Past context:

• 2024: we had the largest sign at 48 x 36 in which was great for visibility, but signs that large were only available in more flexible materials, so we had to improvise set up with zip tying it to extra poles on the storage rack which wasn't ideal, but it worked. Edited to add: last year was 24 pt cardstock which was mailed in a tube so it was difficult to make flat as a thicker but flexible material.
• 2023: we had a smaller sign that we zip tied lower down on the storage rack and had less visibility
