Unify component libraries for Desktop
### Description
Create a single library for Desktop components. This will be done by exporting Mozilla's Figma files as .fig then importing them into our organization. The next step will be to compile each and every component currently being used on Tor Browser, be it Firefox's or native from Tor. Once compiling is done, the variables applied to the components need to be adjusted as they'll have lost their link to the original libraries (e.g. styles). Finally, after checking if the variables are working well in all components, the library will be published.
### Design estimate
- Complexity: large (6 days)
- Uncertainty: moderate (1.5)
- Total: 9 days
- Actual: 10 days
