# Activity: Get Bridges

Security trainers, privacy advocates, people we're designing for
### Objective
Find and understand users pain-points during the current bridge adquistion flow and learn about possible opportunities to offer information to educate users in context.
> **pain-point:** anything that prevents users from accomplishing their goals or getting the task done.

- We usually run this kind of activities with groups and in person. Given the COVID19 situation, we are relying on trusted community members to run this activities remotely and individually.
- For sharing the results safely via Tor you can paste an [OnionShare](https:///onionshare.org) link into the session working pad
- If you couldn't connect to Tor, you can paste your results in an email to nah@torproject.org.
- You can encrypt your [email using PGP](). Remember to attach your own key.
