Turn past participant infopacks into a reusable template

We have produced a series of participant infopacks for recent usability research activities to enable potential participants to provide informed consent for their participation. Typically, these may include:

• Contact details for the activity's facilitator
• A description of the activity itself (including instructions if appropriate)
• Best practices to be observed to protect their privacy
• An overview of what to expect from using Tor
• The outcome of a risk assessment (including relevant mitigations)

Up until this point, we've been copy-pasting the previous infopack when beginning a new one. However it would be better if a reusable template were to be created instead.
